The Fold 8 Ultra is a good device. I chose it because I wanted something that handles spreadsheets and multitasking on the go. It syncs easily with my Galaxy Tablet and laptop, making it simple to move between screens. It feels surprisingly light when closed, and the battery holds up through my day. It does exactly what I need it to do without any issues.

I upgrade my foldable phone every year, and compared to last year's Fold 7, this year's Fold 8 Ultra doesn't feel like a significant upgrade overall. The only fan perk—the free memory upgrade for pre-orders—has been cancelled. The only bright spots are the increased battery life and faster charging, and this year's anti-reflective screen is excellent. The crease is also less noticeable than last year. Now that the phone has the "Ultra" name, I hope next year's model will see more improvements, otherwise, I'll lose the motivation to upgrade.

After using z fold 8 ultra, I can confidently say that it is one of the most impressive foldable phones available today, in terms of camera quality, performance and premium build. The device feels really well crafted and makes multitasking flawless thanks to its powerfull hardware. It has standout camera with sharp and vibrant photos across different lighting conditions. Combined with stunning large display, it makes for a great device for both productivity and media consumption. That said, the folding experience isn't as seamless as I had hoped. I expected the fold experience as smooth as opening or closing a book. My biggest concern is the visible crease in the middle of the screen which is noticeable and sometimes annoying when you watch content with bright backgrounds. For the price I paid I expected a more refined solution. On the positive side battery life is outstanding. Even with heavy daily usage, I need to charge the phone only once every 24 hrs. I choose to use my Zfold 8 ultra for multitasking on the inside screen the most. The ability to have multiple things open and run seamlessly is perfect. I love the ability to customize each application size on what is most important in what im seeing. I also love the fact I can fully customize my device theme etc

I chose as I want an upgrade. Too early to tell if this a good call. But the phone is very lighter and slimmer compared to fold 3. Only issue android auto needs proper update.

Pengalaman saya dgn fold 7 layar dalamnya sempat mati total walau di ganti free ada waktu yg harus sy korbankan dan data yg harus di back up krn hilang. Lalu cat body nya di beberapa titik terkelupas hanya beberapa hari setelah saya beli tanpa tau apa penyebabnya. Semoga fold 8 lebih awet, bathe lebih besar menjadi point plus. I was torn between the eight fold and the eight fold ultra. The eight fold is nice. Handling and testing both, I couldn't decide. Finally I chose rightly. I chose the Z Fold 8 Ultra lt's simply amazing and of course the Price was Right.

I chose the Galaxy Fold 8 Ultra because I was excited that Samsung nearly perfected the foldable phone to date. I had the first generation and the third, fifth, and seventh. I can unequivocally state that the 8 Ultra is what us foldies have been asking for. The display is sharper that previous models and it runs anything I throw at it. Gaming, AI, Google Sheets, 3 bank apps at once; you name it I've tried it. The camera is wonderful and am glad I can trust it to take amazing pictures. The thinness makes this feel like I am using a regular brick phone but expandable! Thank you Samsung for your perseverance and not giving up on the fold design.

The Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra 1TB is honestly a really nice phone. The Display is probably my favourite part, its big and bright and makes watching videos and multitasking much better. Performance is also really smooth, apps open fast and I havent noticed much lag so far. Battery life has been pretty good for me, although heavy use does drain it quicker like you would expect. The Hinge feels solid and the overall Durability seems good, but I still find myself being a bit careful with a foldable phone. Overall I like it a lot, especially for work and multitasking. Its expensive but if you actually use the big screen then I think it makes more sense.

I chose the Z Fold 8 Ultra over an S26 Ultra and a Fold 8. In my research for the next perfect phone, I came close to purchasing something outside of the Samsung ecosystem, something international, and something completely different. However, with the deals, the bundle, and the specs, I ultimately got the Z Fold 8 Ultra. I highly recommend the Fold 8 and S26 Ultra, but for my lifestyle, nothing works better for me than the Z Fold 8 Ultra. Upgrading from Galaxy Z Fold 6, this was a huge step up for me. I am an engineer working in design field by profession. I chose Galaxy Z fold 8 ultra for mobility yet having the flexibility to be productive on the go. Also the portable big screen for entertainment or presentation was a deal breaker for me. From showing a plan on site to the clients to watching videos and reading articles, there is hands down no other phone with the best battery life, crisp screen, slim design and vivid colorful high res screens. I chose the violet shadow color which I absolutely love. It's dark and now too flashy, perfect for my taste. I just love the phone!

It's now been over a week since I have started using the new Galaxy Z fold 8 ultra and I love it. Watching YouTube videos on a larger screen and playing a few mobile games on the big screen also helps with eye strains. However, as a nitpick, I do wish the front screen was a bit bigger. I understand it would cost more, which means I will need to pay more, but I wouldn't mind it if I also get a decently bigger screen on the front. I upgraded from the S24 Ultra, so I still need to get used to the smaller screen and smaller keyboard. For a guy with big-ish hands, the small keyboard does annoy me a bit. But I guess that's a skill issue😆

I've been using the Fold 8 Ultra for a week after upgrading from my S25 Ultra, and I am loving the multitasking capabilities of this phone. When it's folded, I actually enjoy the narrower aspect of the cover screen that doesn't feel too wide in my hand. When it's unfolded, I can use the screen real estate for productivity by having both email and calendar open side by side, or I can use it for watching sport and talking rubbish with my friends at the same time. Very happy with my first foldable, and I feel like this is going to have a similar effect on me as the first time I started using dual displays with my PC: can't go back to one screen now.

My first attempt at a folding phone was a Microsoft Surface Duo. Since then I've owned almost every single version of the Zfold series. They just keep getting better and more durable. I chose the Zfold 8 Ultra as an upgrade to my Zfold 7 because of the extra battery capacity, the newer CPU, the better camera, the better screens (love the more matte look over the shiny), and an ever better hinge. Most of the time, I only use the front screen, but if I want to show off a family picture, or zoom in on an article, I just unfold the phone. Most people are absolutely amazed and ask me what the phone is called. The phone size fits well in my back pocket.

I’ve had the Fold8 Ultra for a week now and have been really impressed with it. The Vodafone store even told me I was the first person to pick one up from them, which was pretty cool! The phone is incredibly fast and smooth, especially when multitasking. The camera has been a big improvement and takes great photos and videos. The crease is also much less noticeable. I’ve also been impressed with the AI capabilities. There are plenty of useful features that actually make everyday tasks easier rather than just feeling like a gimmick. I’m very happy with the upgrade, I've had the fold 1, 2, 5 and now the 8 ultra. This has been by far the best one!

I chose this phone because I'm so in love with this foldable form factor, that I can't go back to a regular phone. Going from the fold 6 to the fold 8 ultra is a huge game changer, bigger cover screen, super slim design, and even better cameras has been such a gamechanger for me. The 200 megapixel main shooter takes amazing photos, and the software enhancement to the pictures is also super impressive. The cover screen of the device is no longer skinny, but a normal sized screen that is way easier to use. I can't recommend this device enough, especially to people who own an older foldable, or just to the everyday person considering this form factor!

My previous phone was a z flip 6. I loved it but found the size was a bit too small. I love that it fit in my pocket but i kept misplacing it. Also the screen size wasnt optimal when it was closed. I chose the z fold 8 ultra because of it size when closed for easy access. However when i look at the unfolded screen I get a big smile on my face. The screen is beautiful. I love how when navigating different it splits the open apps and the available apps on different sides of the screen. I just received it and am in love with it. It also has the key plus functionality for my car so i can use my phone as a touchless key. I love love love it.

I chose the Z fold 8 Ultra because i liked having more screen for my movies and youtube. I also like how skiny the phone is even when its folded. Easy to grab and has a nice snap feel. The only reason I didnt grab the last year model was because of the battery and the fast charge capability. But now this new phone has 45 watt charge speed and 5000 mAh, just like the S26 ultra. And they werent lying about the improvements they made to the inner screen. You can barely see the crease and it has anti reflection on it too. Being able to also multi-task with google and notes is amazing. I will be sticking with this phone for as long as I can.

Even when many might think that is "just another yearly upgrade", it is impresive what Samsung as a brand can actually achieve on a span of a year when it comes to improving their products, making it so it feels like a completely different experience from the Fold 7 to the Fold 8 Ultra. It is my 4th upgrade in a row, starting from the Fold 5 and now a days it feels pretty much impossible to me go back to a regular one-screened format phone, not to even think of changing to another brand. FLIP 8 emang udah jadi HP paling worth it buat harian.. bukan buat gamers ya.. alasannya simple.. dgn flex windows, udah jadi jarang buka FULL SCREEN.. sehingga baterai bakal lebih awet. dan saat mobility tinggi di jalanan jg ga perlu buka HP nya full, sehingga safety klo JALAN ga akan mudah di rampok, krna bentuknya yg pas di tangan saat mode FLEX membuat kita semakin nyaman dan aman saat pake di jalanan. terutama saat pake gmaps / bales chat saat di jalan. dan saat mau FOTO FOTO jg ga perlu buka HP full jg. buat apa jg kan. toh dgn flex windows aja udah cukup.. paling nanti aja di rumah klo mau liat hasil fullnya baru buka flipnya..

I chose the fold 8 ultra because I was using a 24 ultra before, and didn't want to lose too much of camera quality. So far the experience has been great. Still trying to get used to the small front screen (compared to the 24U) and doing more mult app tasks. There is a learning curve to use the big inner screen. The phone is very slim, even with a case, it is almost the same size as the 24U. Battery life is great, as good as my 24U. Gaming is beautiful. Pair with a mobile controller (like a Gamesir G8+) you got a great handheld device. Great job Samsung. Keep improving the fold line and there will be a lot more customers switching from IOS to Android.
