How do I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, log in, and visit My Orders. If it can be cancelled, you’ll see a button with the option to cancel each item.

My Orders > Track my order > Click on the 'Cancel' button

If "Cancel" option is unavailable, the order is in the delivery stage and cannot be cancelled at this time.

If your order cannot be cancelled, opting for a RETURN will be the fastest way to get a refund. Please contact our Customer Service team here
