Been daily driving the Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 for a bit now, and honestly, Samsung actually listened on this one. ​Way more comfortable: Shaving down the thickness and pairing it with a softer strap makes a massive difference. You can actually wear it to sleep without feeling like you strapped a brick to your wrist. ​The display is ridiculous: Peak 5,000 nits is no joke. Direct sunlight on a trail and I can read notifications without squinting at all. ​Legit 3–4 day battery: That new 800 mAh cell plus the updated chip efficiency means battery anxiety is completely gone. ​Zero UI stutter—everything feels instant.

I've had Galaxy Watch 5 Pro since 2022 and it was getting too slow and laggy along with battery only lasting a day so upgrading to Ultra 2 was way overdue for me. Mind you, I did not check YouTube reviews because I don't trust any of them so pre-ordered it with a huge discount so I couldn't just pass this opportunities. Open box experience was awesome. Upon unboxing it, there was olive band and extra Marine band that was included in a separate box. Watch is so dang gorgeous! Some people hate the squircle design but it is beautiful. Ultra bright crystal clear displays, with top notch performance and huge battery to last about 3 days. I did get the protector case for it since I work at retail shop involving lifting. It is thinner than the watch I used previously and overall design is amazing. Screen is super durable and it shouldn't scratch from regular use and fast charger charges my watch very fast. Amazing watch!

I am absolutely blown away by the Galaxy Watch Ultra2. The first thing you notice is the massive Display, which gets incredibly bright and stays perfectly readable even under direct, blinding sunlight. The premium titanium build gives it unmatched Durability, so I never have to worry about knocking it against rocks or scratching it on trails.Despite its rugged frame, the Comfort is surprising; the redesigned marine band feels very soft and lets my skin breathe easily during heavy workouts. I am highly impressed by the GPS and heart rate Accuracy, which keeps my training metrics perfectly on track. Best of all, the Battery life is phenomenal, easily giving me multiple days of heavy use without needing to look for a charger. It is an amazing upgrade!

I've had this watch for about a week now. I'm coming from a Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 Pro. Up until this newest release the watch the Watch 5 Pro had a battery that was only matched by the Ultra until the ultra2 is released. The newer processor and battery do show a marked improvement in speed and longevity. I was a ittle worried the first few days that the increased battery size wouldn't equate to longer run times, but after the apps were all fully installed, updated and configured and the watch adjusted itself to my usage there is now an improvement over my old watch. I used to get 2-3 days usage out of my 5 Pro, but i seem to be getting 3 to 3.5 out of the Ultra2. (Note that i have not linked it to my cell phone plan yet, but neither was the old watch.) The ECG is also a considerable improvement over the watch5 pro. It's so much easier to use and works so much better. So far i am enjoying this watch but it still has 4 major issues to would stop me from recommending it to my friends. 1. It is still ugly, as a watch. The squarish body deserves either a screen to match the body , or a round body to match the normal watch face. Whoever came up with this design should have been fired when the ultra was first released. The Galaxy Watch 5 Pro was significantly better looking. 2. Why won't Samsung offer an all Titanium watch band that matches the case. It has beem impossible to find a band to match the "Titanium Grey" case. Making the jump from the first gen Galaxy Watch Ultra to this latest version has been such a sweet upgrade. ​Honestly, the battery life is the real MVP here. But the Watch Ultra2 is next level, the 47mm display even makes typing simple so responding to messages on the go is easy. It feels thinner and lighter which makes it super comfy to wear while still being very durable (I even wear mine to football and it's taken some punishment). Activity tracking is spot on, even times where I don't set it, the workout detection is very accurate! One huge improvement is the battery life, I am charging it less than half as much as my old watch!

Using it to track sleep, walking and exercise during the day and night. The durability should be the same as the watch 5 pro, the screen didn't have a mark on it after all those years of constant use and the bezel only had light scratches. So far, the battery seems a little better and as the watch learns my patterns, should improve. The bracelet is comfortable and secure with it's double clasp. The accuracy seems to be fine with steps, compass and other information displayed on the screen.

I set it to energy saving and screen touch to open, and I am really happy with the accuracy of description by Samsung as to usage of the battery. The new design strap is very smart and the watch is so comfortable, I forget that I am wearing it. The display is fantastically clear and bright and has great definition. A lot of tech. Measures how much sweat I lose during a workout, sleep measurements and energy measurements have been sum to see. Not completely sold on the daily cardio load. Also pretty comfortable and light to wear. Display looks great too. Battery life for me is ok. I get 2.5 days on a full charge. And charging it isn't as bad as I would have though. Gets from 40% to 100% in under an hour. Overall pretty durable

Amazing watch if you are upgrading from any watch BUT Ultra. Non Ultra upgrade is wow battery life that lasts 3 days, bigger display, newer OS. For me that out-weights extra bulk in daily use. But if you are on Ultra like I was this may not be worthy of an upgrade: It's marginally thinner so yes a bit more comfortable Side buttons are a bit wider than Ultra so it's tiny bit easier to press You tube videos claimed brighter display won't cannibalize bigger battery. Probably not the case as I'm still on 3 ish battery life. I do not trail run or dive so software doesn't look any different otherwise. Overall I feel Ultra vs Ultra 2 I would have been just fine with Ultra

Galing ako sa Samsung SM Olongapo City Downtown and I'd check the Watch at nagustuhan ko yung design at yung pagiging comfort niya sootin. Hindi lang din siya maganda sa paningin , mukha pa siyang matibay dahil sa Titanium frame. Already the benefits are the brighter screen, and such a better watch strap than what we had previously. The watch is thinner and I didn't think it would make much difference but 100% it does. Its fits better as the sensor on the back isn't as large either.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been a loyal Samsung Watch user since the first generation and have upgraded almost every year. Overall, I’m very happy with the Watch Ultra 2. It feels like Samsung has improved the product in many small but meaningful ways, from the design and comfort to battery life, performance and health features. Battery life has been one of the biggest improvements for me. With sleep tracking, continuous health monitoring and my Galaxy Ring all being used together overnight, I only lost around 26% battery. This is noticeably better than my previous Ultra, and the larger battery really makes a difference. Performance is also much smoother. My previous Ultra could still occasionally show loading or small stutters, whereas the Ultra 2 feels consistently fast and responsive. The display is brighter and the bezel around the circular screen looks slimmer. I normally keep brightness at around 40%, which is already enough for most situations. The new strap is another major improvement. I found the previous one uncomfortable and it often left marks on my wrist. This generation feels much softer and more skin-friendly, and the sensors also seem to sit closer to the skin. Health and fitness tracking feels faster and more accurate, and I’d love Samsung to add even more health features and better AI summaries in future updates. The speaker sounds clearer, the vibration feels improved, and 64GB of storage is very generous — although I haven’t worked out how I’ll use all of it yet! There are still a few things I’d like Samsung to improve. I would like to be able to customise call and message notification tones, especially with so much onboard storage. It would also be great to have a more convenient secure unlock method in future, such as fingerprint recognition, as entering a pattern again after taking the watch off can be annoying when Samsung Wallet is enabled. And personally, I would still love to see the physical rotating bezel return. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the Ultra 2. The hardware feels more refined than the previous generation, and I hope Samsung continues to improve the software, AI and health experience through future updates.

I like the look and the new comfortable new watch band. There are many built in functions and sensors which is powerful. However, even with the new battery, more sensors means more battery consumption. It is not a big change from thr previous Ultra.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose to upgrade from my original Watch Ultra to the Watch Ultra 2. There was finally enough change to make the move worthwhile. The feature that made me choose to upgrade was the dive certification. While I don't scuba, I do snorkel, and sometimes move my arms underwater quickly enough to worry about water ingress. I also like the lower profile of the case, it fits more naturally on my wrist. The one thing I found that doesn't work reliably is the raise to wake activation of Bixby/Gemini. It will show that it's listening for one second, then turn off. Hopefully this will be addressed in a future update. Overall, I'm happy with the Ultra 2.

It's honestly a really convenient device, has fast and responsive UI, the display resolution is great on it, the health monitoring options are really good too. I also love just how many options for the face there are... you'll genuinely be hard pressed to not find something you like! Battery life I'd heard was an issue on the previous watches however I can easily get 3 days out of it with my usage case. Would seriously recommend it!

Personally, I can’t go to the gym anymore without having this watch on. Matter of fact, one time it was out of charge I only delayed my gym session by 30 minutes for it to reach 65%. 10/10 product, never felt more motivated!

I chose this watch because I wanted the same rugged design with better everyday comfort. I love checking my sleep score each morning, and the much brighter display is a major improvement, especially outdoors. The battery life is also so much better, so I do not have to worry about charging it as often. Overall, it feels like a worthwhile upgrade that is comfortable, reliable, and easy to wear all day and night. I have a small wrist (5.25 in) and this doen not look too balky on me at all. Just love it!

In the past, I've always had the Classic versions of the Galaxy Watches. The bright screen is VERY good - yes, we've in the sun! Samsung Health keeps improving. I primarily have it as a fashion accessory, with the Health app as a secondary benefit. The battery life is much improved over my previous Watch 6 Classic. I've not owned the 1st Ultra so I don't have anything to compare this Watch with except for my previous watches and I must say that I'm impressed. I live the size of it as well as it's not too heavy. People with smaller frames may want to take notice of this.

I watched a number of YouTube reviewers out lining the features of the watch ultra 2. Now that I have the watch ultra 2 and been using it for a week I can say it is outstanding. Extremely impressed with the battery and the auto tracking feature. I do a lot of hiking and the watch ultra 2 is the perfect companion and helping me stay in zone 2 when running on a treadmill. Also I don't need to take my phone with me as I can receive and make calls/texts including WhatsApp, more importantly I can use the watch to make payments for parking or picking up a coffee. 10 out of 10 for me.

I chose it because of the handful of new features it has, and it actually does a much better job of measuring blood pressure and even the ECG feature works, which was always an issue in both the Watch 8 and my much older original Ultra. There seem to be many more health features on it that either weren't available on the 8 or not obvious, such as vitals and heart health. I like the slightly larger, but much more responsive watch face, which has a nice flat surface. So far, this has been a huge improvement over the Watch 8 and the original first generation Ultra.

My old Galaxy 5 Pro is getting old and tired and I wanted a watch that could inspire me to keep up. I need the health tracking and coaching, in a screen size I can easily see. I have my own business (just me) and it is easy to communicate by phone or text with my customers if I can't get to my phone quickly. Also, the speakers aren't bad at all! My only concern is that this watch is indeed heavy, so be prepared for that. But get a flexible watch band and do like I'm doing.... switching arms occasionally to get used to it. Love it, love it, love it!
