                  Happy i got the galaxy z fold 8, it's quite handy and easy to hold, fits perfectly in my chest pocket, my problem with it is that many android apps are not fully optimized for the screen display, it feels out of place compared to the display on the regular mobile phones, also I feel the battery should be better, not so happy with how long the battery lasts, but in all, it is a beautiful mobile phone.

The size is honestly perfect - fits comfortably in my pocket without feeling bulky, which surprised me for a foldable. The crease on the inner display is minimal, way better than I expected going in. Battery life has been really solid too, easily gets me through a full day of heavy use without me babying it. Overall a great upgrade - form factor finally feels dialed in.

                  Honestly, I’m really impressed with the Z Fold 8 so far. It feels thinner, lighter, and much more comfortable to use than my previous Fold. The big screen is still the best part, especially for multitasking and watching videos. It’s definitely not perfect, but Samsung made a lot of small improvements that make a big difference in everyday use. So far, I’m loving it.

I can watch my shows and videos just the way I want them. The features of the phone is amazing. The hinge is very strong. The camera may not have the telescopic one but still snaps great quality video and photos. I'm excited to further explore my new phone. Amazing job Samsung!

                  I think Samsung nailed it with the Fold8, the size, the hinge mechanism, the screen viewing ration when folded and unfolded, it is impressive and once you get used to it you can't go back to normal phones. Battery capacity is huge and certainly lasts for a full day with constant usage, and the phone form factor is durable but worth investing in a rugged cased to protect such massive investment. Screen is bright and very responsive when folded and unfolded, really love watching videos on this phone, and more importantly choose the right case that support vertical kickstand (not just horizontal) to be sure you are most enjoying the screen view.

                  The size and shape of this phone is unique and this is definitely the best Fold phone to date. The thinner, lighter design compared with other Fold devices makes for a more user friendly experience whilst still offering the front screen as a quick use tool and the larger fold screen as a small tablet all in one. Ive put a 360 case on it as i will drop it and this is still no thicker than the average phone in a case. Battery so far is more than i need for heavy daily use and the speed and response is exceptional. The fold mech is strong and durable, holds firmly closed until openeded and snaps closed when finished. Best Samsung phone to date.

                  I have had the Fold 6 and thought moving to the Fold 7 was an evolution change, but moving to the Fold 8, wow! The size is perfect, it fits into your hand and looks right. Then you open it up and it transforms, pictures, video and books just fit the this screen ratio. The hinge works better than the Fold 7, opening easier and snaps open. The crease I have forgotten about. I didn't notice it on the Fold 7, but the screen is so much better. I never thought the Fold 7 was a slouch but the 8 seems so much more smoother and responsive. One UI 9 has some great improvements and the integration with the AI makes tasks and work flow so much easier.

                  I really loved my Flip 3, and then I got the S24 Ultra, which had an amazing camera and was a great all-around phone, though a bit big for my pocket. Now I'm on the Fold 8, and I'm super impressed with how it folds and its slim compact size, and also Samsung does the BEST trade-in deals. The screen and battery are awesome. But, I'm really let down about the camera. For this price, I expected a telephoto lens or better optical zoom. When I tried to zoom in about 15 meters, the quality was pretty bad. Samsung team, you could've made it perfect by adding another camera or better optical sensor, making it a truly outstanding product. It's a real letdown, I feel like I have a camera from 2 years ago.

                  I am loving it so far! I love the size of both displays, and I really like the size of the device in general. The passport type shape is really appealing to me and its been a dream to consume content on. The device is very responsive and I havent had any kind of slowdowns at all, everything is instant and smooth. The battery life is really good too! I like the new si-c battery, it lasts ages and I havent had any issues with it at all- plus it keeps the device sleek and thin. The device itself feels very sturdy, it's well made and I have no concerns of it breaking. The hinge feels very snappy and premium and I havent had any issues with it at all.

                  Straight of the box i thought what a cool phone. Easy to set up,had it next to my S24 and it picked my phone up instantly. The Display is fantastic and extremely clear. The Hinge in the fold is very strong but not to stiff and is easy to open. I have my Battery set to 80 percent but everyday use, it doesn't drop below 50 percent, which is miles better than my S24. This isn't a Flimsy phone, it's quite robust and feels very strong in your hand. Searching through apps, it's really quick and very responsive and you can have multiple pages and apps open at the same time. This is a great upgrade from my S24, glad I got one. You won't be disappointed 😉

                  After getting my wife a Fold 7, I've been totally amazed by these foldable phones. You get the best of both worlds – a regular phone on the outside and a tablet inside! When my S23 started slowing down and the battery was dying fast, I knew it was time for a Fold. I knew the Fold 8 was coming out, so I waited and watched prices for both the new one and the Fold 7. After snagging a sweet deal on the Fold 8, it was a no-brainer. This phone is everything I hoped for and more. It's super fast, holds a charge forever, and the inner display crease is barely there – you actually forget you have a tablet that folds in half! Seriously great, no regrets.

                  Overall, I’m very happy with this phone. The large inner screen feels almost like a small tablet, which makes reading, browsing the web, checking messages and multitasking much more comfortable than on a regular phone. The design is also very practical because it is still compact enough when folded. The only downside I have noticed so far is that when using the front screen, some apps can be a bit slow to respond. Occasionally I have had to close the app and reopen it to make it work properly again. Hopefully this can be improved with future software updates. Apart from that, the phone is excellent and the big screen experience is really impressive.

I charged it over night and by the end of the day it was 60 percent absolutely chuffed. Flawless display and responsive ,and im blown away by the simplicity of data transference. Since the first flip samsung has really progressed with the hinge movement . You cnt the see middle hinge on the display ,the protective screen use to come after a year but with last flip it did not happen .Durability has come a long away. No chipping, bending scratches. I am the biggest fan now as samsung has proven themselves in every aspect ."Always One step ahead in the Game ".

                  Having held onto my S23 Ultra for the last 3 years, I was very tempted by the Z Fold 8 Ultra! However, in the end I opted for the Z Fold 8 because the form factor felt different. I am obsessed with how good this phone is to use just with the external screen and use that easily 80% but possibly 90% of the time. The battery is currently lasting me 2 days which is outstanding for such a small form factor. The foldable screen once opened is then truly something special. The phone is brilliantly responsive between screens and feels seamless. The camera is really only average when trying to zoom, but for normal photos of subjects nearby is perfectly acceptable.

                  It's been little over a week since I received Z fold 8 and I have been really impressed with it. The design feels slimmer and more refined, while still giving you the convenience of a phone that opens into a much larger screen. The large inner display is excellent for watching videos, browsing the web, multitasking, and using multiple apps at the same time. The outer screen is also much more comfortable to use for everyday tasks. Overall, the Galaxy Z Fold8 is an impressive upgrade and feels very premium. This is one of the best foldable phones and mini-tablet in one device, it is very expensive but totally worth it.

                  I am very happy with the form factor. I am coming from a Fold 6 which I found to be too narrow when folded. The added width makes it easier for me to type on the keyboard. The shorter height makes it easy to reach the top and bottom of the screen when folded. There is less wasted space when watching videos unfolded. I think my ideal phone would be this form factor with better cameras. I am noticing some third party apps not accommodating the screen resolution properly but assume things will improve over time. The battery so far seems good. It is lasting longer than my Fold 6 probably due to a combination of larger battery size and degradation in my old phone.

                  Where do i start? The fold 8 is the perfect little machine. Fits great in jeans pockets and the right size to do everything on the go right on the cover screen. Fold 8 open 😜 and its like a kindle size device. Super comfortable to hold, genuinely the perfect size for other tasks that require more attention. The display quality is fantastic So far. The battery life is great. I've had it 4 days now and only charged it twice. I can't comment on durabilty just yet as ive not had it long enough but It eems solid. Its a fast a very responsive little unit and feels very rugged at the hinge compared to other folds/flips i have had

                  I started using Samsung phones way back with the 'S' series, then through the years, wanted more screen space, so the Flip 3 was next in line. Great phone until I changed for the Fold 4. My daughter still enjoys my Fold 4, but I moved up to the Fold 6 , then to the Fold 7, and now to the Fold8. This phone is unbelievable, so many options are available especially when you download Samsung apps like Good Lock and Navstar, and more. Many of my friends have changed to Samsung because they want to experience the screen size as well as the extras like the Samsung watch , that links in to the phone perfectly.

                  I have had multiple foldables from Honor over the last few years and this year I traded in my Honor Magic V5 for the Z Fold 8. And I am so glad I did. The form factor is far better, it's lighter, the display is epic, the crease is nearly non-existent, the battery is superb and holding the device in the hand is great. It's easily pocketable and is very snappy to use, very responsive and so far, I cannot say enough great things about it. I had questions about the camera but for standard photography, I really can't complain. I don't use a zoom lens so I don't miss the added camera in the Fold 8 Ultra. Superb all round device!

The battery last for two days which is incredible and the whole devise feel so durable and well made. I have a three year contract and feel totally confident this device will last.                   It is a truly remarkable phone, thin and with a very useful foldable large screen. But, it is still lacking a few essential things, as it doesn't have magnetic wireless charging capability despite the fact it doesn't have a pen like the Ultra that apparently is the cause for not introducing this feature in the first place, it is not coming with a a screen protector for the external display as it used to, no ultra fast charger in the box as the old chargers are not ultra fast charging but barely 10-15 W, the battery doesn't last more than the previous models or any S models. Overall it is not worth the full price but if you can get a good discount then it is a good purchase.

                  I've had most phone styles and recently changed from the flip7 as I got sick of having to flip it open to use it. The front screen on the fold8 is perfect for 90% of use. I do multitasking on once open and it does it perfectly with 2 apps open. Only gripe I have is on apps like instagram, it doesn't respond well with me hitting the bookmark button or other types of buttons on other apps where the function sits on the far right of the screen, I believe it's a glitch for the wider format for the front screen. I assume this can be fixed with an update 🙏 other than that - perfect device. Sturdy and feels great.

                  I love the new size of phone both screens are a great size and it is easy to carry around in pockets and bags. I wasn't sure I would like this phone when I pre-ordered, my doubts were gone in the first hour it is so much fun, the camera is great and using it open makes it a lot better, battery lasts a long time, I love the finger print reader is on the side and not on the screen. If you are on the fence try it, you won't regret it. The hinges are great and no visible line on the screen when open. The speed is great and it is not as fragile as you think so I think it will last before I need to upgrade.

                  Traded in my S23 Ultra for the Galaxy Fold 8. Reasons for this were not that my S23 was still great . Reason for upgrading wanted to try a fold and this one was a better form factor than the longer versions, like that the screen without opening is nice use this most of the time my only need for flipping open is media. Movies and U Tube etc. Like the speed and battery life is great. Only thing for some it might be too wide to hold comfortably. Me I have larger hands my spouse small hands and the Fold 8 is harder for her to manage if holding for a longer period of time. As for as durability I'm very careful with my phones case and screen protection. Will see how long it last right now its been with me a couple of weeks. The Cameras great I do not need a phone with huge zooming still have a camera for this.

Fabulous display wider than a normal handheld which in my view gives your eyes more to see and easier to operate. Coming from a z fold 7 this phone as come on leaps and bounds, longer battery time, brilliant display and a very responsive operating system in the Android 17 with UI 9. Stunning build quality with a far better hinge. This phone is a keeper for me and I am confident it's durability will last for all of the updates. Not too small like a flip but not too large like the folds, but a comfortable passport size phone that allows you to easily use it when its closed and fits perfect in the palm of your hands. When open give you a beautiful size for viewing videos like a wide screen TV. Perfect for gaming, viewing office documents, social media. I highly recommend if like me, you want a comfortable phone that can slip into your pocket, but also a large screen for streaming films. It's fast, smooth and simple to use.                   The best phone format I’ve ever tried. I had the Galaxy S25 Ultra and Galaxy S26 Ultra, but they are bulky and clumsy. The Fold8 makes life much easier: - small, thin and lightweight: it easily fits in a jeans pocket - great for watching YouTube and reading books - the hinge is less visible than on my wife’s Flip6 - the standing case is excellent for hands-free content viewing It’s not ideal, though: - the camera is visibly worse than on the S26 Ultra - some apps cut off content because of the folded display’s unusual width - it looks fragile and might be very expensive to repair after a fall

                  The size format is perfect, i feel i only need to open when actually needed. With the ultra the screen is too narrow and i feel i need to open it more than i should. The crease is barely visible at the moment which is great. Not sure how this will be over time. Battery life is good last me the day. The hinge is very keen not sure im confortable with the forceful opening. Its alot lighter than my previous phone so durability is yet to be determined. But with this being so light im worried for how it would stand up to being dropped. With the 1tb 16gb it feel rapid when it comes to responsiveness.

                  I am blown away by this phone so far. For years I've said the trend of huge phones that just get taller is frustrating. They're uncomfortable and impractical. This is the perfect form factor - so easy to hold, and the large folded out screen is amazing. Most importantly, it's a true joy to use folded as well because the screen is a perfect size. Feels great in the pocket too. So far the hinge has only creased a little so I just hope it's durable over time. If so, it's perfect. Not gone below 50% battery with moderate use on both screens, including games. Samsung, kudos. This is a game changer!

                  I absolutely love the Galaxy Z Fold 8. The biggest highlight for me is the form factor — having a normal phone that can instantly unfold into a mini tablet is incredibly useful. It gives you the convenience of a phone when you’re on the go, but whenever you need more screen space for browsing, reading, videos or multitasking, you can simply open it up. The design also feels very refined. Samsung has done a great job making a foldable device feel polished and practical rather than just a cool piece of technology. It’s a genuinely great everyday device and probably my favourite Fold so far.

                  I bought this a month ago and am so happy that I did. The battery life is incredible and easily gets me through a full day of heavy use. I am especially impressed by the screen's brightness, which makes it perfectly clear to read even outside under direct sunlight.The build quality feels premium, giving me complete confidence in its long-term durability. Additionally, the hinge mechanism is exceptionally smooth yet sturdy enough to hold its position perfectly. Finally, the overall responsiveness of the interface is lightning-fast with zero lag when switching between apps. Highly recommended!

                  I wanted a smaller phone in length hut bigger than flip so this is best of both worlds. For me, I'm loving this phone, screen size and display is perfect and perfectly responsive as expected. Durability seems all good but can't say much as only had for a week so far. The hinge is better than before on the Fold 7, feels tighter and more secure. Battery is same as always considering how much I use my phone.

                  I’m really impressed with my new Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra. The design feels premium, and the large foldable display makes multitasking, watching videos, browsing, and getting things done so much more enjoyable. The performance is smooth and responsive, and the cameras take excellent photos with great detail and colour. I also love how versatile it is—when I need a compact phone it folds down easily, and when I want a bigger screen it opens up into a mini tablet.                   The new form factor is just what I've been searching for ever since having a surface duo, love being able to have two separate home screen setups, smaller screen is still positively useable on a daily basis, and when out and about, whilst at home or in the office, large opened screen is perfect for some serious phone time, handles everything I throw at it, which I have come to expect from Samsung having owned several phones over the years, most recently S23U.

                  I'm loving this new phone, the display is great on the front screen and really comes to life when you unfold it, the hinge/fold in the main screen is totally unnoticeable. The size of the phone i thought maybe too wide, but I was mistaken it fits great in my pockets and feels good in the hand. The battery seems great too as I've had this since Monday (now Thursday night) and have been constantly using it and setting it all up etc. I have only charged it twice. It feels very well made, responsive and only time will tell if it's durability will be enough. But so far 5 Stars from me 😍

                  I'm extremely happy with my decision to get the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8. The new form factor is incredibly easy to pocket and super convenient for browsing and typing, I've found myself making significantly less typos on this than any other phone I've had in the last few years. When unfolded, the phone becomes a great YouTube and Netflix watching device and I've even found some older games I used to regularly play on my old Samsung Galaxy Note 3 run and look better then they did on phones with the now typical tall form factor. All in all, this is a great device and I'm glad Samsung took the risk of making a folding phone in the "passport" form factor. Here's hoping this becomes the new normal Fold moving forward.

                  The crease is alot less noticeable compared to any foldable I have held. The hinge is smooth and firm enough that you need a bit of force to open or close the phone which is good becuase you dont want a floppy phone. It feels very strong as in durable, i wouldn't personally test dropping the phone but im confident it can survive decent heights. The battery lasts me all day and charges very fast, faster than the fold 7. The inner and outer screens are both great, i primarily use the inner screen and I'm well pleased with it. The phone is very responsive when it comes to any task.

                  My first fold. Unbelievable device. New form factory takes some getting used to but now when I look at a slab phone, it feels unnatural. New silicon carbon battery is a great upgrade, with all day battery life. Displays are sharp with more than enough brightness. Feels durable in the hand but would definitely recommend a front and back case of some sort. The new hinge feels sturdy and forces itself open after a certain point. The new chip make the phone extremely responsive and handles any tasks with ease. If you're tempted, just get one, you'll only regret not getting it sooner!

                  I have been using the Z Fold 8 for a week, I have come from having the Z Foldv7 and I absolutely love the form factor, hands more manageable than the Z Fold 7. Look the cameras could be better, but it's not like I'm a professional photographer either! IP rating could be better but again I've never really exposed any of my previous founds to the elements, like sand for example. I don't think I'd ever go back to slab style phone ever again, or in particular a Z Fold 7/8 Ultra form factor!! Z Fold just fits, it's perfect!! Well done Samsung i think you finally got it right!!

                  Am amazed by this device it is perfect for me, as someone who had the fold a couple of years ago and loved the ideas of a folding phone, i just could not get on with the size of the device struggling to fit it into my pocket so had to move to the flip 7. The the passport size came along, yes a little larger than the flip 7, but omg the size is just perfect, the display is great and bright, battery is night and day to my old flip 7 and the hinge just feels more premium and it fis in my pocket. It's the perfect middle ground and know am going to continue to love this phone.

                  I was skeptical to begin with as to the new shape having owned a z fold 5 for a couple of years. However the fold 8 is a fantastic addition to the line up, it fits so much more nicely into a pocket, and I don't feel I need to open it to take photos. The battery life so far is is tremendous, I get 2 days from a full charge. The display is crisp, bright, and the screen is as responsive as ever for a samsung device. All in all a great purchase. I even bought a second one for my wife, and recommended a colleague get one. Who subsequently has moving from iPhone in the process.

                  The smaller display of the front screen is a refreshing change in terms of how it fits in my hand when using it with one hand and the responsiveness of app continuity is great when changing between the two screens which is also helped by the snappy feel of the new hinge. I was at first cautious when using the inside larger screen due to older folding screens feeling delicate but the durability has been massively improved. The battery life of the phone is very comparable if not better than my previous phone, the iphone 16 plus which i got the larger size for the battery, so i dont have to be worried about using the new phone for productivity and media streaming all day and still have charge left until i go to sleep.

                  So far i am loving my Fold 8 .. its perfect to fit in the pocket without being to small to use on the outer screen. In fact if you never open it it is still an awesome device. It just gets even better when you open it to view your media consumption as you wish. The battery life will keep going all day even with heavy use. Ive not tried to push it to the max but i am yet to come up against any issue where responsiveness is concerned. Obviously the device comes with a price tag; but so far it is worth every penny and ive not gone anywhere near its potential

                  Absolutely love this phone. Where do I begin? Firstly, the front display is amazing. Upon opening, the hinge feels like its durability will last the distance. Once set up, which is a breeze, both screens are extremely responsive. The longevity of the battery is looking excellent. I have had Samsung phones for many years, but this is most definitely my favorite. In short, if anyone is thinking about taking the plunge with this phone, I can only advise you to do so immediately; you will not be disappointed. Absolutely fantastic phone. Samsung just keeps getting better.

                  I love the size coming from a S24 Ultra, this is just what I wanted smaller and can open to a bigger size. I do have concerns about the hinge. Not that it is not durable just that it's not small particle safe. So I do have a S22 for going to the beach but it would be nice to get a hinge that can keep all the small debris out. Having said the negative I'll go back the phone. The screens, the outside one is fine it lets me do what I need to and very little limitations. The inside one is fantastic and super bright for media consumption. The Cameras are good not S26 ultra but good enough to get good shots when needed.the battery last most days all day.I can't say enough about the overall size it is amazing open and closed. Over all this is a 4.5/5 for me.

                  My first foldable phone, and the battery life was one of my main concerns before receiving it. However, it has been surprisingly good and lasts just as long as a traditional flagship phone. The form factor is unique and exciting, and the larger inner display is fantastic for consuming content, especially older content in a 4:3 aspect ratio. I’m also a big reader, particularly of comic books, and honestly, the larger screen alone makes this phone worth it for me. It’s also much more stable and comfortable to use when unfolded than I expected, with the hinge making the phone feel surprisingly sturdy and durable. Overall a great phone if your looking to consume alot of media on the go without the need for multiple devices.

                  The phone itself is great love being able to change screens when using it and display is very good the fold hinge is very secure and can't see a crease in the screen the battery is ok don't last as long as my flip 6 did overall the phone is very responsive and smooth to use and haven't found using my apps any different And just don't by the case cover from Samsung on brand as it only covers the back of the phone and comes with front screen protection but no cover I have already dropped it and the durability of the metal phone cover is good so Samsung if your really listening can the Samsung galaxy z fold 8 case cover come with a front cover too please for full phone protection 4 stars as phone cover is rubbish for price

                  I have been a Samsung loyalist for over 15 years, and every year I have upgraded my phone. My favourite Samsung phone was the last Note (still have it, its iconic) but I have loved the folds since they starting coming out. Since I saw this one, I knew I had to have it. Its notsaglic in a way cos its like passport size (back to when phones fitted within the palm of your hand) but yet when you open it up takes everything to another level. The look, the design , the features and performance is all A+++++++. I do wish they would bring back the micro SD card

                  Made the change from Fold 7 few days ago and don't regret it that's for sure. My Lavander colour tiny piece of tech Fold 8 is a masterpiece indeed 🫠 The "passport phone" stays charged almost 20 hours, fits perfectly in my hands ( girl hands, btw) , and now I have turned it pink all over, from the cover, to the screen 😄 I can't remember since I have written messages with both hands, and I love it . Opened for reading is something else. The hinge is strong and you can't see the middle line on the screen anymore. I am purely in love with it ❤️ 😍 💖

                  I’ve been using the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8 for a while now, and overall I’m really impressed. The bigger inner screen is great for multitasking, reading and watching videos, while the phone still feels surprisingly comfortable to use when folded. Performance is smooth, the cameras are solid, and the battery easily gets me through a normal day. It’s definitely expensive, but if you want a phone that can replace a phone and small tablet, the Fold 8 is one of the best options out there. The main downside is that it’s still a little bulky when folded.

                  The new fold is here to change the world! It is beautiful and everyone that sees it is immediately amazed by its thin size, light weight, passport size but that opens into a beautiful tablet. The fold crease is seamless and is a very elegant phone. The battery seems to last forever, and the new ai and smart features are the cherry on top of the cake. I did not have a fold before as I thought they were too bulky but this one is smaller than my previous galaxy24+. I'm really happy with it and would recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade their phone.

                  Had the phone for a week and a bit and am loving the form factor. The battery life is really good and the way the inner screen almost snaps open feels really satisfying. The displays are beautiful and I put the anti reflective coating on the outer one and it looks really good even in direct sunlight. Overall great so far. It is expensive and that's the only gripe I could have other than the camera causing it to wobble when laid flat.

                  I had the Z fold 6 prior to this. The Z fold 8 is amazing. It fits nicely in my hand, and the screen width is so much easier to type on. I would say the only improvement I would make, is to have a stylus again, as i miss using it when I have the screen opened. We'll done Samsung for producing such a lovely phone.

                  Coming from the Pixel foldables, I'm enjoying the light weight, thinness and compactness of the Z Fold8. Unfortunately you do have to deal with the multiple versions of the same apps and Samsung's take on them. For example you need to use the Samsung clock app to use the sleep schedule as a condition for Routines, even if the Google clock app has the same sleep schedule. The friction between the two worlds is not the best for the end user, battling to turn off Samsung Wallet quick access gestures and settings up Google Wallet instead as another example. There's also lots of useful settings not enabled by default, and a tonne of non useful stuff which is battling for attention. The hardware however speaks for itself and it sparks genuine joy to use.

                  I use to own a flip and loved the form, but in reality it was not usable with how skinny it was. Jump a few years later i saw that samsung was releasing a fold WIDE and wanted to try it out. I'm very impressed at how light and compact it is, without having to sacrifice any screen size. When i need to do a quick check on something i'd use the front but when i'm browsing i've got it folded out. I use the inside screen probably 80% and the front 20% - i also recall my old flip had such a visible crease but the fold 8 is not noticeable at all.

                  Very impressed with my new phone, you don't notice the fold crease unless you really look for it. Having the larger screen inside is brilliant for pictures, videos and productivity. The outside screen is handy for everyday quick use on the go. The battery life appears to be excellent with charging limits ranging from 80% to 95% to extend battery life rather than the only 80% on my previous phone. Build quality overall is excellent so I feel confident it will be great for many year's to come. Overall very impressed and happy with my purchase.

                  I had most generations of past folds , I just skipped the fold 7 and got the fold 8. So far I'm very happy with it, I thing the outside screen is more usable being wider than the candy cane style , I was never a fan of it. When you open it ilthe inner screen is very sharp and bright and the new aspect ratio is more enjoyable for most popular content I watch ( YouTube,FB,etc) also the crease is almost gone!. Battery last me all day compare to the fold 6 that I had to top up on the afternoon !. The smaller form factor I enjoy better , as it is easier to carry in the pocket, built quality seems pretty good as well , so durability must have being improved,only the time will tell. The new hardware paired with the new UI is very responsive and snappy .

                  As always I find Samsung phones easy to use. With the fold it’s easy to see everything clearly and thus don’t always need my glasses to see what I’m doing. So far the battery life is showing to be good and as I use my phone constantly that’s a bonus. Hope this phone lasts me as long as my last one, which I had for five years! Loved it so much I didn’t want a new one, but it was time and so far this one is much better. Still I have much to learn about all the capabilities of my new phone. Being of the older generation I will take my time.

                  At first I wasn't too sure if I liked the phone, just went from a fold 5 to the fold 8. But it has been great so far, it takes a couple of days to get used to it. I use the front screen more on this version compared to my fold 5 since it has a better aspect ratio to go through insta and Facebook, but it also goes well for movies. It also has great battery life. Some things I would fix is the camera and flashlight being too low, as my fingers will block it sometimes which can be easily fixed if they went horizontal instead of vertical.

                  I bought it and i've been using it for a month now. I'm very happy. i'm a big fan of the Z Fold Series. I've been using the fold since Z fold 4. Every year i buy a new Galaxy Z Fold because of the big screen when opened, when closed i can put in my pocket. I'm very happy Z Fold 8 has 4:3 aspect ratio. it's great for viewing content. it's a pleasure to read article on the internet with the new form factor. I'll definitely buy a Z Fold 9 next year. 10/10

                  This is the perfect phone/tablet for me, it's given me a really decent lightweight android version of an iPad mini that does everything I need a small tablet to do which just so happens to fold in half and fit perfectly in my pocket, then in phone mode it's got such a great outer display that works so well for photos, maps, pdfs, browser etc etc. it's so thin and light it's ridiculous that it's even possible! Battery life is so good easily a day sometimes even two, Screen quality is perfect, hinge feels great, I could go on and on and on

                  I was really impressed with how this phone has progressed since the initial flip launch, it looks like the crease is a lot less prominent and can barely feel it on the screen. Originally I liked the z flip 8, but the fold actually is the perfect size for content I watch and a mini on the go tablet. Im a dedicated Samsung user and really liked the opportunity play and ask ahout the product with experts at the experience compared to a normal retail store.. the hinge can barely be noticed and seems more durable than I thought it would be!

                  I have gad several Flip and Fold devices and with regards to tge Golds I havnt used them as much as I thought. This was dye to the thin and tall form factor. The Fold 8 flips this, I love using the front screen for all my notifications and quick browsing but when I need to I open up to a tablet size that is much better to use. And every time you pick up the Fold 8 you are surprised by how light it is, you expect it to be heavier, and it jyst feels right to hold and use. This has now for me anyway replaced both my Fold and Flip phones

                  This is my 4th fold and samsung has nailed it. I love how it looks, I love how it feels and the whole experience of using it is a joy. For the first time ever I can use the front screen. I have arthritis so my fingers have always been too cumbersome to use the narrow front screen, this one is a completely different experience. The phone is just a pleasure, everything is just so smooth, i find myself looking for excuses to use it. I cant think of one negative thing to say. If you're thinking of getting it, do it, you won't regret it.
