I bought this cover, surprised to find that it only protects the back. I chose the case in the cream colour, which is a nice off-white. However, they only provide back protection, with nothing protecting the sides or the phone's hinge, leaving the phone exposed- and it looks weird as well with only one side protected. Now, if you get lucky and manage to drop it flat on its back, I am sure you will be ok. But the other 100 ways it could impact the ground or rub up against the edges—well, too bad! The cover is useless and very expensive. No real-world application makes sense with this useless product. It is unfortunate that I was excited when I received my new phone and cover, but that excitement faded when I opened the box. Friends ask me, 'Your phone looks like it's missing a top cover; it's dumb!' Don't buy this unless you like having one side with an obvious cover and the other side unprotected. What a let down - so i bought a new cover elswhere with full protection and same material for 1/4th the price.
