Decided to upgrade from the galaxy watch this year. Been using it faithfully for about 4 and a 1/2 years without problems. This year, I decided to get the galaxy watch 9. Wow, what an improvement I enjoy. Having the ability to run apps on the watch, being able to see my health tracking and sleep information is helpful. When i'm waking up, I do wish that the battery life was a bit better, but I feel like I'll be able to iron that out with some setting changes as I learn more of what the watch does. It feels like a solid device in hand with an aluminum body. The straps feel comfortable and soft, but are a bit tighter, then the bands I was using on the original watch. Being able to clearly read and see what's on my screen in the bright light it's great as I do a lot of work outside.

After a week i am happy with the new watch 9. I like the lighter weight and feel. It seems like there have been improvements to the speaker and microphone and they are quite usable for phone calls now. So far battery life is ok but could be better. I am using it for running so I like how it synchs with strava. I do miss the rotating bezel and centre button, but i can live without those. And for some reason, the Tomcat watch faces no longer supports customisable complications. Very disappointing since I have been using it for years!

This phone is so comfortable, it barely feels like I am wearing a watch and is incredible at measuring sleep. I have adhd so the health coach aspect is incredible for accountability and gamification at meeting my goals. I honestly love it. The only draw back is the battery life, because the watch does so much it uses a lot of power which mean is needs a good charge every day or 2 smaller charges, I've come from a old galaxy watch (about 7 years old) which I also loved but the charging stand for that was so much better than the new flat charges which isn't usb. It doesn't affect the use of the watch though and the watch and it's features are amazing.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Brilliant watch – I absolutely love it! I’m so pleased with my Samsung Galaxy Watch 9. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it’s honestly brilliant. It looks really smart, is comfortable to wear and is so easy to use. I love being able to see my messages and notifications without constantly getting my phone out, and the health and fitness features are really useful too. The screen is lovely and clear, and everything works quickly and smoothly. I’ve had no problems with it at all and I’m really happy with my purchase. It does everything I need and more. I would definitely recommend it if you’re thinking about getting one — I absolutely love mine! ❤️⌚️

I got this just under a month ago and the forst thing that stood out to me was how comfortable it was to wear this watch even to sleep. I found myself almost forgetting that i had this watch on my arm even after i got a case for it. I love how responsive and snappy the galaxy watches have got especially coming from the watch 4. Still not the biggest fan of the "squircle" design but I guess, the overall watch experience makes up for it.

I decided to upgrade from the Galaxy Watch 6, and this new watch is performing excellently. The fast processing speeds stand out, and the display is very sharp. The raise-to-talk-to-Gemini feature is brilliant. The additional health tracking features are impressive, and battery life is decent. I'd definitely recommend the Galaxy Watch 9 to anyone considering upgrading.

I have upgraded from a Galaxy Watch 7. In all honesty I can't see many benefits at the present time as compared to the Watch 7. Functionality still good. However, the standard strap on the new Watch 9 as compared to Watch 7 is far inferior in terms of look and quality. Are Samsung trying to save money at the customers expense? The small / medium strap is also smaller and I am nearly on the last hole. In addition, I am noticing no improvement in battery life on each new Galaxy watch, including the Watch 9. When are Sumsung going to introduce solar power, which I think is a major aspect nowadays. Garmin win on this!

I've absolutely loved using my new Samsung watch 9. Traded in the watch 7 for the new watch 9 and I am bitterly disappointed. The watch 7 gave me no issues at all and the features fully worked but for the watch 9 which is smart looking and on the whole as I would expect, the sleep tracking is non existent. I get no data at all, which gives no energy scores and other features need a baseline score which is gained from the sleep data before use. I have tried everything to try and fix this, power saving mode trick, permissions are fully on, full reset and nothing has worked so far. Obviously, trying these different methods takes time to know if they work which is becoming painful, the watch will more than likely be getting returned

Happy I waited for the Watch9 to replace my Watch4. It's noticeably faster, more intuitive, has a few more features and I love the aesthetic of the watch - it's stylish. I also like the selection of strap types. I got the silicone strap and fabric strap. The only thing is I wish the battery lasted longer which I know the Ultra 2 exceeds the Watch9 in this category but I did not want the Ultra 2. Regardless, the Watch9 is well worth it as an upgrade or first purchase. I have a Galaxy S25 Ultra and it pairs well.

The new Galaxy watch 9 40mm is simply beautiful. The latest version of software and longer battery life are amazing. The LTE version is the way forward as you can leave your phone at home and have the security of your watch strapped to your wrist. Like me it's possible now to go out for the day and make payments, phone calls, text, and WhatsApp messages and receive all your emails without your phone.

I've had this watch a little while now and there's a lot to like. The appearance is excellent - smart, modern. The 44mm size is just right, and it's very comfortable to wear all day and all night. Features are great too, everything works as it should and it's easy to live with. But oh dear, Samsung have failed again on the battery. I struggle to get more than 2 days out of it. They boast about 20% better battery than previous models, but it's still very poor. I've owned Huawei and Oppo watches in the past that easily lasted 5 to 10 days, so this is really disappointing in comparison.

The phone came earlier than expected. The green colour is so fine and unique. The phone is so sleek,still observing the battery strength but I am positive it will do well. Absolutely love this watch. I bought the watch 9 40mm after having a watch 6 for a couple of years. The battery on the watch 6 was not very good and I would struggle to get through the day and evening without having to go onto power saving. I went to bed last night after wearing the watch 9 for 17 hours and saw that I still had 72 percent battery. Also it is nice and flat on my wrist and feels comfortable to wear. The display is colourful and clear. The only downside is my older chargers do not work with the watch 9 and it is hard to get hold of the new chargers at the moment.

I upgraded from Watch 4 to 9. I noticed instantly the brighter colours ,whick looks much nicer than on my old watch, the screen is also perfect and easy to read in direct sunlight. The battery lasts already longer than my previous Watch, which is brilliant. The watch itself looks really nice and feels comfortable around the wrist . I like the new health features too , the accuracy of the steps and all kind of tracking is impressing comparing it to my old watch. The durability of the Watch so far is fantastic too. I definitely like my upgrade to Watch 9 .

Overall I'm happy with the watch 9. I love the design and glad Samsung did not change it. For the watch 10 I would like to see the screen recessed into the frame a bit more so it does not sit up so high, and battery to last the whole day. The very small battery increase and new chip has not made it much better than the W8 for battery duration. As this is identical to the W8 comfort remains the same. It was hard to justify upgrading from the W8 to the W9 other than what Samsung could do with updates using the new chip as everything else is the same.

What a fantastic watch!!! Connected to my Samsung phone effortlessly. Suoerb functionality, with access to so many apps, compared to my previous device. I got the graphite model in 44mm. It looks gorgeous. The bezel is thin and very stylish. I love the new style, more traditional strap, which is very comfortable, even in the recent hot weather. The battery life is adequate, but we are still getting to know each other, so the percentage available may not be fully accurate yet. I'm being very careful not to knock it at the moment, but the metal construction and glass face do seem to be fairly rugged. The watch display is very clear and visible in strong sunlight. I dont think Samsung could.improve the Galaxy watch 9 any further.

Have had my Galaxy 9 since Monday. It is so comfortable on my wrist I oft5 forget it's there.. The connectivity to my S26+ watch is excellent. The health apps are a great content also. I prefer it to .y Galaxy 8. . The battery lasts The display is vivid. The battery is about the same in both versions for me personally. Just wish as a type 1 diabetic it gave blood sugar readings from my pump through the S26 notifications. That is my only negative.As far as durability is concerned it is far to early to say. It is the best Galaxy watch yet.

I love my watch! It has so much monitoring in it compared to my fit3 that it blows me away. The customization of watch faces down to the "complications" thrilled me because it meant I could super personalise the perfect watch display for me. The face is very easily readable and the measuring and monitoring it does do seems accurate enough. It is a bigger watch that ive owned but its comfy and easy to wear, though I buy seperate watch straps as I prefer nylon/elastic bands. I cant speak as to its durability as ive only had it 4 days, but it feels strong and sturdy enough, and should hold up against gently bumps etc though I am careful as I can be. The battery lasts about a day, depending how much I use it and how much background stuff I have going on. The longest I got was 1 and a half days, but it looks like on average ill have to charge it once a day, which is relatively what I was expecting from a smart watch so this is fine. Charging time sits at about 1hr and 20 or so minutes, which also feels perfectly reasonable to me. Its easy to use and easy to read on and i am very happy i finally decided to buy a smartwatch and got this one. I went for the Bluetooth 40mm, and it connected very easily and hasnt dropped signal.

I upgraded from the Galaxy Watch 7 44mm and I’m very impressed with the Galaxy Watch 9 44mm so far. The display is bright, clear and responsive, and the watch feels comfortable to wear throughout the day. Connectivity with my Galaxy S26 Ultra has been excellent and everything feels smooth and quick to use. Battery performance has also been good during my initial use. I particularly like the overall design and the improvements Samsung has made to the watch. It feels like a refined and premium upgrade while still being familiar and easy to use.

I was so excited updating watch from Galaxy 4 to 9. But when I found out that the new Galaxy 9 will not be able to charge from phone I was really disappointed. As well as older charger pucks will not support charging as well. I hope some sort of update will fix this issue.

I bought this to be able to track health. Pleasantly surprised. Very comfortable. The display is amazing in full sun. Battery is pretty good considering always on display.. solid 1.5 to 2 days. Durability remains to be seen.. but it looks like shouldn't be a problem. I love all the watch faces you can choose from, but even then how even the one you end up choosing you can customize the layout. Accuracy heartbeat, steps, mileage body mass index etc all seem to be pretty much spot on. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

I'm really happy with this watch. The display is sharp and easy to read even outside in bright sun. It's super lightweight, and the band's comfortable enough for all-day (even overnight) wear. Speed-wise it's snappy, no lag scrolling through menus or opening apps. Fitness functionality is solid, blood pressure, heart rate, steps, workouts, all tracked well and the accuracy has genuinely surprised me compared to other watches I've used. Would recommend if you're after something reliable for everyday and workouts alike.

So far so good. I upgraded from the Watch 6 and I can absolutely tell the difference in its accuracy in sleep and heart rates. The detection on workouts is better, the screen has better clarity and sensitivity, and the bezel around the face protects the screen as well. The battery is still less than what I would have hoped for, only about 36 hours and that's with most features turned off or to the minimum levels. Straps are good, will need to change them most likely due to sensitive skin, but comfortable as is.

Wanted an upgrade from my Garmin watch and decided to switch to Samsung. As the new 9 was being released I thought I'd give it a go. Unboxing it i was unsure if I was going to keep it. The strap doesn't come attached to the watch itself which I wasn't expecting and I thought it was going to be a faff. The strap was easy to fit, albeit I put it the wrong way round to start with but it's easy to unclip. First impressions the watch looks nice, it isn't too heavy on the wrist. Setting up and pairing to my S25 FE was painless. There sre plenty of options to customise the watch through the Wearables app. Not sure how the battery will fair compared to my old watch, early indications are it's not as good but it might be I have a lot of things running in the background which I can turn off

This is an accurate time piece, which you can have you're own display picture to match your outfit. Battery last an easy 24 -48 hours depending on what app you're using, nice and comfortable but durable

The first time I put the watch on, I was very surprised by how flush it sat against my wrist. I was also very surprised by how quickly I was able to set it up and have all of the new health features put into place right off the bat. So far, the battery life seems like it's going for a good amount of time. I've had it running for about 24 hours, and the battery is still going strong. Time will tell, no pun intended, how long the battery will actually last based on usage and health features.

Always amazed at how things progress from model to model. I've gone from a watch 7 to 9 and it's night and day. The battery life is massively improved along with the design. Watch doesn't feel to bulky with the 40mm version a perfect size (for me). I would love samsung to offer an additional strap, one regular one for a larger wrist, as the one I have is a little snug, only able to use two notches. Outside of that. I'm over the moon with my watch and the additional health data available

Upgraded from a watch 6 so a big change. Like the square design but wish the strap was thicker. Dont like the sports strap, it isn't as comfortable as the old design. Dont like how the watch face is taller than the base. Think it will be knocked and scratched easily Battery seems to be a bit better than my watch so far Ive only had it a few days and already had to restart it as my screen was laggy and sometimes stayed blank Overall it looks nice but not as comfortable as my watch 6

Excellent! As an owner of a watch 4 and watch 6 classic, it's easy to see the improvements made. I have been really impressed that the weight of the watch has reduced making it more comfortable to wear particularly overnight. The battery life has similarly improved and will easily make it well beyond 1 day of average usage. The screen is very clear, excellent display with vibrant bright colouring. A noticeable improvement with the processing power, meaning that moving between apps and screen is slick and quick with quality graphics. The watch interacts very well with the proprietary app and gives detailed information around the health metrics which are easy to understand. Overall this builds on the existing watches and is evolution rather than revolution. Thoroughly recommended and look forward to using it!

After upgrading from the Galaxy watch 6 to the new edition 9, I instantly noticed the difference in comfort. The Galaxy watch 9 is lighter and more pleasant to wear. The screen is much bigger making it easier to view. Connection to the phone was effortless and usability equally so. After having the watch for only a couple days, I cannot give a true evaluation of the battery life but its build gives me every confidence it will on my wrist for a long time. Very happy customer.

Have had Galaxy watches for a few years now and really like how they work. This most recrnt upgrade has all the things I like from older versions plus a load more health focussed add ons. It is early days in usimg these and some require a number of days baseline data before can fully use but.looking forward to moniotoring my health/activity with these functions. Watch looks really good. So happy to wear. Holding off 5 stars as.not fully been able to use all aspects as yet.

The battery life is amazing,you can go 2 full days without charging. Its very fast when navigating apps and it needs a case for it ti be fully comfotable and it has display options depending on what you want to do. I wanted to purchase something,a dress specifically and i put it in full display and i had a nice picture of what i really want ,it was amazi ng. I think one needs a bit of time to see the durability of this gadget,its too early for me to say anything now.

I’ve been really happy with the Galaxy Watch9 so far. The first thing I noticed was how light and comfortable it feels on the wrist. I've been using the Galaxy Watch9 Bluetooth for a little while now, and I'm really happy with it. It feels comfortable to wear, the screen looks great, and everything runs smoothly without any lag. As a left-hander I was immediately impressed by the flexibility that allowed me to wear the watch on my right hand with the buttons facing outward (a big bugbear of my old Watch 2). The display is definitely an upgrade from my old watch and there are more features to see notifications directly on the watch rather than having to go to the phone. Still in the early days and a lot more features to uncover and explore but so far so good in my opinion.

Loving my watch 9 I've had them all since watch 1 and the display is a real changer, seems clearer even though the screen is the same size. The glass seems to take knocks in its stride and the connectivity was seamless. Only had it a few days but the Battery seems to last longer and tge new straps are more comfortable and have a nice feel. All in all I am please I changed again and the heath functions which i like are getting better and better.

I got the Samsung Galaxy Watch9 a few days ago and I’m extremely impressed. I’ve had every Samsung watch since they first came out, and this is by far my favourite. The battery life is excellent, the large display is fantastic, and I love all the features and choice of watch faces. It’s extremely comfortable on my wrist, with great connectivity, and feels very durable and well made. Overall, an excellent smartwatch and a fantastic upgrade!

I went to store to check out replacement for my current watch. When i wore Galaxy Watch9, it felt extremely comfortable and durable. Display seemed bigger even though it is same size as my current 44mm watch. Battery lasts longer. GPS accuracy is much better than before. The options and quality you get for the price is unmatched. I liked the watch so much thag I ordered two watches and bands. One for my wife and the other for myself.

My new watch 9 does not disappoint on style, functionality and quality. Whilst I am still learning about all the things it can do it is living up to my expectations. It's light weight and comfortable to wear which makes wearing at night so easy. The only thing to note is the battery needs charging daily, even with the 'always on screen' switched to off with movement required to show the screen. Still very happy with my purchase.

Love that you can now get it in black, unlike my galaxy 8 watch. I chose the fabric strap, which is much nicer to wear than the silicone straps. Looks 10/10, comfort 10/10, I only got it yesterday so battery life I cannot comment on yet, but hopefully its a good as the watch 8, which was excellent. The display responds much better to twisting your wrist than my watch 8 did. It connects great to my Samsung phone as did the watch 8.

I love my new watch because it is very comfortable, has better connectivity then the previous watches, is very durable as I have already managed to drop it and the display is way more bright and responsive than the previous generations and finally, the battery life when I was setting it up in my previous watch, the battery would be about to go zero but here I got most of the things I have to get done in only 20% battery usage.

I was skeptical about the shape having worked my way up from watch 42mm but it sits way better on the wrist! The battery life is better than my watch 7 and the connectivity to all the apps esp the buds seem to be quicker. The display is bright and user friendly! The watch is lighter and thinner than 7 too So far seems durable just like previous watchs! Absolutely love all the new data and new look icons on samsung health!

I really like the new watch 9. Its simlar to the watch 8 looks wise but IMO a slightly better look. The Graphite colour is darker than on the Watch 8 and I prefer the new sport band to the previous one. I use my watch mostly for notifications from my phone and dont use it it full capability so can't comment too much on functions etc. Im getting 2 days of battery life on my watch 9 so im happy with that.

Samsung have done it again. The Galaxy Smartwatch 9 is a fantastic watch, with so many great features. It has a brilliant display, which is of course, Samsung's forte. Replaced my original Ultra watch. A nicer, sleeker design in general. Firstly, the strap: softer with more subtle pattern, fastens nicely. The watch body is more refined and stylish, looks really nice, lovely finish. Display is crisper and clearer, the battery life much longer. No issues with connectivity to my S26 or network. Has a high quality durable feel to it. I could not be more pleased.

I've upgraded to this from a garmin watch that I've had for years. This feels like a significant upgrade, as this watch does so much more than my last one. There are a lot more health stats, and more apps that you can add. Because of this the battery doesn't last as long and I'm having to charge this way more. If you've already got a Samsung watch I don't know if this is much of an upgrade

The case feels lighter than it looks. I have the 44 mm version, and it doesn't feel bulky or top-heavy at all. The back sits flush against my skin without that awkward gap some smartwatches have, so the sensors don't press into my wrist in a weird way. I've had zero irritation or red marks even after a full 24-hour stretch, which matters a lot because I track sleep with it.

The watch 9 40mm has no better battery life than previous models, still needing daily charging, new health data is great but still have to manually calibrate BP once a month, still get the same signal to weak messages and it has reset my readings once already in the week I have had it, as watch 7 & 8 will be getting new health updates there is no real reason to upgrade to this watch

I have just upgraded from my Galaxy Watch 2 to the new Galaxy Watch 9 - 44mm. What a transformation, easy to set up, and get connected. Time between recharging is longer. The screen is crystal clear, and its very comfortable to wear. Love the enhanced performance, and improved health monitoring and reporting. Its very durable to wear. All in all, another fantastic Samsung product.

Features such as body composition can be a great way to build a more detailed picture of your overall wellbeing. We're sorry to hear that you've found the Body Composition feature difficult to use. The feature uses a Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) sensor to send micro-currents through your body to calculate body fat, muscle mass, and water weight. For the most accurate readings, it's important to ensure the watch is being worn correctly. Ensure that your watch is positioned snugly about 2cm above the wrist bone and place your middle and ring fingers on the two side keys. Raise both of your arms so that your armpits are open and away from your torso, and keep your hands completely separated. Very comfortable with good clear display. Features are useful especially sleep, blood pressure and steps. Suggestions on sleep are useful. Good to be able to set a reminder to drink water and to have information on how much has been drunk. Handy to get notifications. Reasonable battery life, longer using power save. Very happy with this watch.

This is my third flip and they get better each new model, the screen has a much better clarity and the battery life is much improved.The connectivity is as good as ay samsung phone that I have owned and it is durable and robust enough to put it in my pocket and forget about it until it rings, the system and menu makes it easy to understand and set up

Great looking watch this is my 3rd over the years good quality connection with no problems battery as goid as others getting 2 days before re charging the display is good slightly different from others always used my own photos on a slide show apparently on the 9 it dosnt do that just stays on one photo if wanto change have to tap watch face

A very accurate watch with decent battery life. Comfortable to wear. High resolution display and rugged design. Great health monitoring features. I love how I can make and receive calls via my watch even when phone not right near it.

I haven't had it long but the battery life seems much better than my old Galaxy Watch 4. I had no issues connecting it to my Galaxy S26 Ultra and the app makes setting the watch up easy. The display is customisable and the new shape seems durable and more ergonomic than my previous model. All in all, I'm very happy with my new purchase.

Love my new watch, so much faster than my old galaxy 4 watch. Operating the same but screen so much brighter and easier to see you later. Works seamlessly with my samsung phone. Lost one star because strap is very short, I'm on the last hole snd and I don't have a big wrist for a man. The watch is simply amazing...a great purchase.

I bought this watch 2 days ago. So far i am impressed with how light it is, feels like ur not wearing anything. It's features and functionality are really good compared to older models . Colors display etc are high quality. It's battery lasts more than previous model. It's accurate and adjusts well to different modes and routines.

I love my new Samsung Galaxy Watch 9 & I wouldnt change it for nothing else, its very comfortable & light, its durable too & the display of eveything to find is great too, the accuracy on the ecg & health is also great & battery life is about same as my Samsung phone, each evening it needs alittle top up to get back up to 100%

This watch is everything I expected. The display is very good and clear. Early days yet but the battery lasts more than 24 hours. The watch is comfortable to wear and to sleep with. The only complaint i have is the watch strap provided was to small for my average size wrist. But a very impressive accurate watch.

Very pleased with my new Watch 9. I upgraded to the 44mm from my earlier 40mm one and love the bigger screen and how easy it is to see and it feels so much easier to wear. Although still learning my usage patterns, the battery life seems very good. All in all a great purchase to coonect with my S26 Ultra.

So far after owning the product for a week and have had little to no problem battery life is good with wrist comfort and display easy to see. connectivity was alittle issue when first connecting but once it had been easy sailing since and have not tested the durability of the watch just yet but feels solid.
