The sound quality between apps is better than it was in previous years. The only issue I have, and its a major issue- is the connection. Even connected to WiFi, the phone will slow down or just completely stop loading things. I will have to use good guardians and restart my phone to get it connecting again. Thus is happening multiple times a day. I've seen many other users with this problem. So it seems its within the software. It's very disappointing.

My husband has the Galaxy 25 and I didnt realize how much updating Samsung and/or Google had done between my galaxy 21 and his 25 so when the 26 came out, I knew I had to try it. I chose the Samsung 26+ bc my phone is the ruler of the family's schedules, grocery list and grocery shopping/ordering and the only phone that ever takes pictures. Ive tried tablets in the past and prefer to use something more handheld. My only complaint and I dont know if it is the phone or my car but my Bluetooth won't connect automatically.

The UI doesn't seem to be as intuitive as I think it should be. The default settings for "Notifications" has all notifications set the same and many notifications are turned on. I had to turn off the majority of notifications. They were driving me nuts receiving the same notification tone every couple of minutes and then trying to figure out what notification came up. I actually stumbled across the notifications drop down screen accidently. So big learning curve for me and anyone else switching to the Galaxy from an iPhone.

Upon opening the package I the package i thought phone was just as similar to my Samsung Galaxy S24+ apart from a change in camera lens bezel. Also if I was calling someone on snap and playing a game, the screen would go black and I would have to force reset it. Sometimes if I switched apps the screen would freeze and I would have to force reset again. Now that I chose the Samsung s26+ as my new phone, I wont ever have to experience any of those problems again. The S26+ is a lot faster than my old phone.

I charge my phone mostly at night so that I'm not charging while using it. In this past 2 weeks my phone is not wanting to charge. The phone looks stylish and it comes in a range of colours. The storage is 512 gb and it has a Ram of 12gb which is much better. Horizontal lock is a cool feature even though I might bot use it often, I can't fault the camera quality at all. Double storage for same pric as perfect for me as i had 256gb previously and now gone to 512gb.
